Ingredients
  • 15 oz can low sodium black beans drained and rinsed (or or 1 ½ cups homemade)
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or
  • ¼ cup coconut or date sugar or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cacao.
  • ½ cup instant oats or oat flour made in a blender or food processor from raw oats
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ Tbl Ceylon cinnamon*
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract non-alcoholic preferred
  • ½ cup vegan chocolate chips or mini vegan chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts optional
