Keto Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated approximately 1.5 tsp
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup soy sauce, or tamari, or coconut aminos
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Swerve, Lakanto, etc. Brown/Golden is awesome too
  • ¼ tsp xanthan Gum
Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients except for xanthan gum in a sauce pan
  2. Cook on medium heat until mixture starts to bubble
  3. Once it starts to bubble, add xanthan gum and continue to whisk until it is thick enough to coat a spoon
Notes
  • Refrigerate any unused sauce, or freeze in ice cube trays
