Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • ⅔ cup Hershey's cocoa
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups (12 oz package) Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
Steps
  1. Cream butter or margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  2. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture.
  3. Stir in peanut butter chips.
  4. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet OR chill until firm enough to handle and shape small amounts of dough into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten slightly with fork
  6. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool one minute before removing from cookie sheet onto wire rack.
