Steve's Hot Sauce

This was my step-dad Steve's recipe for hot sauce

5 cloves garlic

1 pint hot peppers

1 cup vinegar

½ gallon 64 oz ketchup

½ teaspoon pepper

1 ½ teaspoon worchestershire sauce

1 oz salt

Combine garlic, peppers and vinegar. Blender. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl and pour in blended ingredients stir well and pour into containers.

Instead of ketchup you can use 2 cans of stewed tomatoes and a 42 oz bottle of ketchup.

Can add extra peppers if desired. The hotter the pepper the hotter the sauce.

Use peppers already in vinegar for even hotter sauce.
