Ingredients
  • 3 Cups flour
  • 1 ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ¾ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 3 TB. sugar
  • 3 TB. butter
  • 1 Cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 ½ Cups chopped raisins
  • 2 TB. melted butter
  • 1 to 2 tsp. sugar. (VANILLA SUGAR or CINNAMON SUGAR would both be delicious)
