No Knead Marathon Bread
Ingredients
  • 3 cups whole wheat pastry flour, plus extra (I used Flourist’s sifted red spring wheat flour)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons fine sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon instant yeast
  • ⅓ cup grated carrot from roughly 1 small carrot
  • ⅓ cup dried fruit of choice, finely chopped (I used goji berries and golden raisins)
  • ¼ cup raw sunflower seeds, plus extra
  • ¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds, plus extra
  • 1 ½ cups room temperature water
