CHICKEN SWEETCORN AND SPRING ONION BAKED CHEESEY POCKET

Ingredients
  • Warburtons thin
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sprinkle of garlic granules
  • 1 tablespoon of Quark
  • 23 gms grated smoked protein cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon of chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 Tablespoon of Sweetcorn
Steps
  1. Turn oven on to heat up to 180
  2. Crack the egg ready for using as an egg wash, add the salt, pepper and garlic granules.
  3. Cut one half of the Warburton Thin into triangles and soak the whole thin in the egg wash for at least 5 mins so its soaked up all the egg.
  4. Mix up the quark, grated cheese, chicken, spring onion and sweetcorn.

  6. Place the bottom uncut half of the thin on a frylight sprayed baking tray. Spoon on the chicken mix on to the thin avoiding getting it too close to the edge. Match each triangle of the top half of the thin to the edge of the bottom thin pressing down with a fork to seal the two pieces together. Sprinkle over a little more garlic granules over the top once assembled.
  7. Cook for 25 minutes until the thin is brown and crispy
