Ingredients
  • 12 ounces of cream cheese, softened in the microwave
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup bacon fat melted
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  •  
  • subheading: Mix all ingredients well and set aside. Mix dry ingredients:
  • 1 ¼ cup whey protein isolate (Isopure is rec but I use Garden of Life)
  • ½ cup oat fiber
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 package yeast (for taste)
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum (or 1 tsp Chia OR 2 tsp flax w/ 4 tsp water)
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp cream of tartar
  • note: OPTIONAL 4 drops liquid sweetner
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Sift dry ingredients into the wet. Stir lightly-do NOT overmix. * Add 4 drops of liquid sweetener if desired. Pour dough into a liberally greased 9x5 baking pan, Bake 45 min till golden brown. Test w/ a toothpick in the middle. Dont underbake or it will sink as it cools
