Ingredients
  • 1 cup mashed banana (about 2 medium very ripe bananas)
  • 2 cups rolled oats (or quick oats, or rolled oats quickly round in the food processor or blender)
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt (optional for frosting)
