  • 1 red bell pepper chopped into chunks
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • subheading: To Serve:
  • coriander (cilantro)
  • boiled Rice
  • sriracha add some to give the dish a little kick of heat
