  • ¼ c raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅓ c maple syrup
  • ⅓ c seed butter or runny nut butter
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
