  • 2 eggs
  • 36 grams butter softened (3 tbsp.)
  • 9.3 grams instant yeast (1 tbsp) (I use SAF)
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • subheading: Egg Wash:
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp milk
  • subheading: Icing:
  • 60 grams powdered sugar (½ cup)
  • 1 tbsp milk or heavy cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
