  • 2 chicken breasts
  • lemon/garlic marinade ( My favorite!)
  • 10 grape tomatoes, sliced
  • ⅓ cup kalamata olives
  • ½ cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup hummus
  • ⅓ cup feta crumbles
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ½ lemon
  • ¼ cup tahini dressing (optional)
