Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ¼c onion chopped
  • 1 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tsp worcestershire
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 TB mustard
  • ½ cup half & half
  • 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Burger or Steak Seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 slices bacon cooked and crumbled (optional)
  • 1 kosher dill pickle, cut into pieces (more if you like)
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic, onions, burger seasoning
  4. Crumble ground beef
  5. Add worcestershire and cream cheese. Cook until the ground beef is no longer pink and the cream cheese is melted.
  6. Add drained tomatoes and mix.
  7. Remove the skillet from heat.
  8. In a bowl, combine the eggs,  ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, half and half, and mustard.
  9. Spray an baking dish with oil or cooking spray.
  10. Pour the ground beef mixture into the dish.
  11. Drizzle the liquid mixture on top.
  12. You can up either leave or stir the mixture in the dish (I prefer to stir)
  13. Sprinkle bacon crumbles and pickles on top
  14. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  15. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble.
  16. Cool before serving.
Notes
  • Jalapenos are also a great topping
