Homemade Basil Pesto Recipe and Preserving
Made first batch 8-20-23. Froze in 8 muffin cups, then into seal-a-meal bags.
Ingredients
  • 4 cups fresh Basil packed
  • 4 cloves fresh Garlic peeled and minced
  • ¼ cup Pine Nuts
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp freshly cracked Peppercorn
  • 6 tbsp extra-virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ cup warm Water, optional
