Ingredients
- subheading: Recently i am the proud owner of an Instant Pot. As a chili grower i wanted tot make a hot sauce with the Aji Limon or also called the Aji Lemon Drop. The taste is great. Here is the recipe:
- 1 white onion
- 6 garlic cloves
- 4 orange Habanero peppers
- 20 Aji Lemon Drop peppers
- 4 yellow carrots
- 3 yellow bell peppers
- 3 stalks of lemongrass (remove after cooking)
- Peel of 2 lemons
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 125 ml rice vinegar
- Salt (add to taste, start with 2 teaspoons)
- Sugar (add to taste)
- 15 minutes on the highest pressure of the Instant Pot. After cooking put in blender....et voila...around a liter of a tasty lemony hotsauce.
Note: Ingredients may have been altered from the original.
