Ingredients
  • 2 to 4 ribeye steaks, about 12 oz. each & 1 inch thick
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic (I just use garlic powder)
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil
Steps
  1. Allow steaks to stand at room temperature for 20 to 30 min. Meanwhile, preheat grill to high.
  2. Mix spices in a small bowl.
  3. Brush both sides of steaks with oil and then coat with the rub.
  4. Grill steaks 6 to 8 min. (3 to 4 mi. per side).
  5. Let steaks rest for 5 min. and serve warm.
Notes
  • Super easy and really good. I prefer bone-in ribeyes, but it's fine with boneless, too.
