Ingredients
- 2 to 4 ribeye steaks, about 12 oz. each & 1 inch thick
- 1 tsp granulated garlic (I just use garlic powder)
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
Steps
- Allow steaks to stand at room temperature for 20 to 30 min. Meanwhile, preheat grill to high.
- Mix spices in a small bowl.
- Brush both sides of steaks with oil and then coat with the rub.
- Grill steaks 6 to 8 min. (3 to 4 mi. per side).
- Let steaks rest for 5 min. and serve warm.
Notes
- Super easy and really good. I prefer bone-in ribeyes, but it's fine with boneless, too.
