TERESA’s CLOUD OAT PANCAKES
Pudding was salted caramel cloud oat Pancakes B choice or 6 syns & Halo mint choc ice cream 2 syns for ice cream with sweet freedom syrup 2 teaspoons 1 syn for both and a sprinkle of Mother Earth sweet granules.
Ingredients
  • Pudding was salted caramel cloud oat Pancakes B choice or 6 syns & Halo mint choc ice cream 2 syns for ice cream with sweet freedom syrup 2 teaspoons 1 syn for both and a sprinkle of Mother Earth sweet granules.
  • To make you will need
  • 1 muller light  natural fat free or Brooklea light yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 40g of any cheap oats
Steps
  1. 1/Put your oats into a blender and blitz until a fine powder
  2. 2/separate the yolks from the whites of the eggs carefully into a jug to whisk up with a mixer until fluffy like meringue
  3. 3/Put the 2 yolks in with the oats and add the muller and blitz again until all mixed up.
  4. 4/ fold in the whipped egg whites into your oats mix with a METAL SPOON DONT STIR!!! Fold over and into the mixture.
  5. 5/ spray a pan with coconut fry light and spoon your mix into cooking 3 pancakes at a time leaving spaces in between for your slice to lift them and turn cook them on a medium heat until lightly brown.
  6. 6/ sprinkle a little sugar on each in your bowl and tip a teaspoon of sweet freedom syrup over the top & serve with Halo or whatever you fancy
