  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 red potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 carrots, peeled and cut into ¼-inch slices on a bias
  • 1 ½ cups frozen peas
