Ingredients
- Egg Custard
- 350 ml skimmed Milk (A choice)
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbs Splenda
- Few drops vanilla extract
- Ground nutmeg
Steps
- Preheat oven to 170
- Whisk eggs, milk, sweetener and vanilla until well mixed and frothy. Pour into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with ground nutmeg. Place the dish into a roasting pan/larger dish and place on oven shelf then carefully pour boiling water into outer dish until roughly halfway up the side of the inner dish.
- Bake for 35 minutes then turn off oven, open door slightly and leave to cool down.
