EGG CUSTARD
Ingredients
  • Egg Custard
  • 350 ml skimmed Milk (A choice)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbs Splenda
  • Few drops vanilla extract
  • Ground nutmeg
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 170
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, sweetener and vanilla until well mixed and frothy. Pour into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with ground nutmeg. Place the dish into a roasting pan/larger dish and place on oven shelf then carefully pour boiling water into outer dish until roughly halfway up the side of the inner dish.
  3. Bake for 35 minutes then turn off oven, open door slightly and leave to cool down.
