Ingredients
  • 225 gms plain flour
  • 75 gms caster sugar
  • 150 gms butter
Steps
  1. blitz ingredients together in food processor (you can rub in by hands) until it forms breadcrumbs then starts to make small clumps. Press into a lightly greased tin and mark the top as desired with a fork then bake. Mark into sections whilst still warm
  2. Cook for 30 minutes at 154 degrees
