Vegetable Fried Rice with Crispy Tofu
Ingredients
  • 3 cups cooked brown rice*
  • ½ medium yellow onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium carrot, diced
  • ½ cup frozen peas, thawed*
  • ½ cup shiitake mushrooms, diced
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp tamari
  • Optional: ½ Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 to 2 green onions, thinly sliced
