1 ½ cups diced tomatoes

¾ cup diced red onion

½ jalapeno seeds removed and diced

2 garlic cloves minced

⅓ cup chopped cilantro

Juice of 1 lime

¼ teaspoon kosher salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper
