  • 1 tbs chopped herbs thyme
  • 1 tbs rosemary
  • 3 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 free range egg, lightly beaten
  • ΒΌ cup plain flour
  • oil, for shallow frying
  • Woolworths rocket salad mix and lemon wedges, to serve
