Egyptian Macaroni Bechamel

  • ¼  teaspoons ground allspice
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 cup cooked puy or brown lentils
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 4 cups unsweetened nondairy milk
  • ½ cup olive oil or nondairy butter
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ cup nooch
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
