Meatballs
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground meat (mixture of beef, veal, and pork)
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cups fresh chopped parsley
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ¾ cup ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • Salt/Pepper
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients together. Form into golf ball sized balls. Bake in 400 Degree oven for ten minutes, and finish cooking in sauce.
