Ingredients
  • My DELICIOUS recipe.......I took 4 supermarket lamb leg steaks. In the IP saute 1 small diced onion 5 mins, add lamb steaks and brown each side. Add 200ml lamb Oxo stock, a dash of Worcestershire sauce and a sprig of Rosemary. Cook on manual for 35 mins, NPR. Thicken the gravy with Oxo beef granules, served with roast potatoes brocolli, swede & carrots. MEGA tasty and lamb was succulent. I'm stuffed! I LOVE my IP a full roast dinner with hardly any effort!!
