Ingredients
  • 2 Bananas mashed
  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 cups Almond Milk or other plant milk
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup optional - or add a few chopped dates
  • 1½ cups Fresh or Frozen Berries
