- 4 Large Eggs
- ¼ c of Heavy Whipping Cream
- ½ tsp KFRED Cajun Seasoning (you can sub this with your favorite cajun seasoning)
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- 1 c of All Purpose Flour
- 2 c of Italian Panko
- 2 c of Plain Panko (we used plain bread crumbs as a substitute)
- 4 Large Full Sour Pickles - use your favorite pickle
- Vegetable Oil
- Flaky Salt to top
- Homemade Ranch Dressing (dipping)
