1 oz. Applejack

½ oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

½ oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

3 oz. Christalino Extra Dry Sparkling Wine

1 Lemon

1 Luxardo Cherry

In a shaker cup, combine ice, Applejack, Elderflower Liqueur, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously until outside of shaker is frosty, about 20 seconds. Strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a twist of lemon and a Luxardo cherry speared with a cocktail pick.
