  • 1 pound assorted ripe Heirloom tomatoes (sliced ¼-inch thick or cut into wedges)
  • 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small bunch fresh basil
  • ¼ cup chives (thinly sliced)
  • flaky sea salt (to taste)
