  • ½ cup (120 mL) light soy sauce
  • 2 medium tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 leaves bay leaf
  • 2 bundles flour noodle
  • 2 cups (50 g) bok choy
