Philly Cheese Steak, Venison Style
Ingredients
  • 2 lb venison steak, sliced thin
  • 1 tsp meat tenderizer
  • 1 tsp beef bouillon granules (optional-takes gamey flavor out of venison)
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 medium onions, sliced in rings
  • 2 large bell peppers, sliced in rings
  • Olive oil or other cooking oil
  • Mozzarella or provolone cheese (I use mozzarella, but use whichever you prefer)
  • Mushroom sauce (optional)
  • Hoagie buns
