  • 2 large garlic clove
  • ½ cup (125 mL) fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) tahini
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast, to taste
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons (15 to 20 mL) extra-virgin olive oil, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 3 tbsp water, or as needed
