  • 1 14-ounce can pumpkin
  • 1 14-ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 14-ounce can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 14-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • Sour cream or plain yogurt, chopped fresh cilantro, scallions, and avocado, optional, to serve
