Spicy Tamari Tofu & Broccoli
Ingredients
  • 14 oz. extra-firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • ½ cup tamari
  • t tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1.5 lbs broccoli, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
  • ½ cup scallions, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
