Ingredients For Bread Machine Cinnamon Rolls

1 c plus 2 tablespoons warm milk

3 Tbsp vegetable oil

1 egg plus two egg whites all beaten

½ c sugar

4 ¼ c white flour

1 tsp salt

3 tsp bread machine yeast (quick rise kind)

subheading: FILLING:

½ stick butter, room temp

1 c brown sugar

2 Tbsp cinnamon 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

subheading: ICING:

2 tsp milk

1 ½ c powdered sugar

½ stick butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

subheading: THIS RECIPE CALLS FOR A 2LB. BREAD MAKER:

subheading: How To Make Bread Machine Cinnamon Rolls:

1 Drop in first 7 ingredients for dough IN ORDER AS THEY APPEAR in bread machine. Do not stir. Close breadmaker and start it going. (Mine took 1hr 59 minutes from start to finish, includes raise time.)
