Hot honey salmon bowls
Ingredients
  • 1 lb salmon
  • 2 tblsp hot honey
  • 2 tblsp soy sauce
  • 2 tblsp olive oil
  • Rice
  •  
  • subheading: Breading:
  • ½C Pablo bread crumbs
  • ¼C grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Smoked paprika
  •  
  • subheading: Mango salsa:
  • 1 mango
  • ½Bell pepper
  • ½ Red onion
  • ½ Jalapeño
  • 1 Avacado
  • Juice of one lime
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Red chili flakes
  • Fresh cilantro
Steps
  1. Make rice of your choice.
  2. Skin salmon, pat dry, cut into large cubes.
  3. Preheat air frier to 400 degrees for 7 min cook-time
  4. Coat salmon in honey, soy sauce, olive oil.
  5. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika.
  6. Coat salmon in bread crum mixture.
  7. Add to air fryer in single layer.
  8. Chop and mix together ingredients for salsa.
  9. Assemble bowls and drizzle with hot honey.
