  • 1 1⁄2 lbs chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1⁄2 cup frozen peas (optional)
  • 1⁄2 cup green beans (optional)
  • 1⁄2 cup red bell pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
