  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme or 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
