Thai Green Curry Shrimp
Ingredients
  • 1 pound Shrimp Peeled and Deveined
  • Green Curry Paste (1 Tbsp- Mild, 2 Tbsp-Med, 3+ Tbsp, Thai Hot)
  • 1 Zucchini Diced
  • 8 ounces Sliced Bamboo shoots Drained and Rinsed
  • 13.5 ounces Coconut Milk (canned) Full Fat is my preference
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Sugar or white sugar
  • Optional: Thai Basil Leaves and Makrut Lime Leaves
