  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin

  • 2 (15.5-ounce) cans pinto, drained and rinsed
  • 2 (15.5-ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 to 3 tablespoons minced chipotle chile in adobo sauce
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 cups frozen corn, thawed
  • ½ cup minced fresh cilantro leaves
  • Ground black pepper
