Ingredients
  • 1 large (8 to 10 oz) avocado, mashed with a fork
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp finely chopped green onions
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¾ tsp minced fresh garlic (or ¼ tsp dried granulated)
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 cups (11 oz) shredded cooked chicken breast (I like to use rotisserie chicken)
  • ⅔ cup grape tomatoes, sliced or ½ cup diced celery
