  • 1 zucchini (cut into thin strips)
  • 1 cup mushrooms (thinly sliced shiitake, fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons canola oil
  • subheading: For the Sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil (toasted)
