Ingredients
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons vegan grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoon water
  • note: A pinch of sugar optional, I didn't use it in this recipe (I prefer the dressing with no sugar) but use your taste and add if you like.
