Quick Gorgonzola Pasta Sauce
Ingredients

  • This rich sauce is a wonderful complement for gnocchi, fettuccine, and other hearty pastas. Try mixing in some steamed broccoli or broccolini when you toss the pasta with the sauce.
  • 2 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbs. finely chopped shallots
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander
  • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ lb. Dolce Gorgonzola, trimmed of any rind and cut into small chunks
