How to Make Blackberry (or any berry) Freezer Jam with Gelatin

I cook for myself and my boyfriend, and sometimes small family gatherings. I tend to improvise often but am trying to be more controlled and organized to get consistent results with recipes.

16 oz frozen blackberries

¼ tsp sea salt

½ tsp pure vanilla extract

⅓ cup of honey

1 tbs . gelatin
