Chicken Lo Mein Recipe- Easy and Homemade!
Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil divided
  • 8 ounces dry linguine cooked and drained
  • 5 cups stir fry veggies I used a mix of broccoli, mushrooms, baby carrots, and sugar snap peas
  • 6 ounces water chestnuts drained

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup apricot jam
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
