Ground Beef Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ lbs 90% Lean Ground Beef
  • 3 Cans Green Beans, drained
  • 3 oz reduced fat cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup chicken broth
  • ⅓ cup half & half
  • ⅓ cup Kraft Parmesean cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp granulated garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown beef in cast iron skillet then drain excess grease.
  3. Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Add broth, half & half, Parmesean cheese and seasonings.
  5. Cooking on medium heat bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer until mixture thickens.
  7. Add green beans and stir mixture together.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes.
