Ingredients
- 1cup Applesauce (1)
- 1½ cup self rising flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan
- Mix all ingredients together by hand except pecans
- Fold in pecans
- Pour into pan and cook 30 to 35 minutes
Notes
- 1- oil can be substituted for Applesauce.
- 2- cake will fall.
